The launch provided an interesting insight into the trends for next year, cemented those for this year (puffer jackets, mustard, Victoriana and cats!) and talked about the hottest gossip on the Front Row (mostly the Kim Kardashian robbery and the Jolie/Pitt split).
I’m kind of disappointed in the latter. I had hopes there was something a little bit more… fashiony. Or maybe something more arty and existential. But I digress.
If you needed a little make up touch up, Kiko were on hand to assist, and we had the opportunity to win a voucher to spend in Manchester Arndale using a big red button – it was the closest I was going to get to appearing on a game show, so I had a go. Or two.
This is why I rarely go in casinos. I get giddy.
But before you think this is all about me as a blogger getting free stuff… This weekend you too can get your hands on freebies, goodies, mini makeovers and discounts.
The Fashion Weekender (as the name might suggest) is on all weekend, sponsored by Kiko Cosmetics, who will be giving away beauty products over the weekend, and providing the make overs – so if you’re looking for a change of lippy, or want to try something new for the winter season, here’s your opportunity.
Stores in the Arndale will be offering discounts and, you too can press that big red button on the Style Spinner to try and win yourself fashion prizes worth over £5000.
Not so shabby.
