Last year we had a lifesized gingerbread house, figures made out of cake and demonstrations by celebrity bakers, Great British Bake Off contestants, professional bakers and sugar crafters.
This year, the weekend of 4-6 April sees me arranging to go again, to spot returning celebs John Whaite, Simon Rimmer, Eric Lanlard, Mich Turner and Peter Sidwell, newcomers Rosemary Shrager, and this year’s Great British Bake Off winner Frances Quinn, to watch more demonstrations and buy more goodies for my kitchen.
And the installation this year is a little more mother nature inspired.
I can feel the icing from here.
