Valentine’s Day is on it’s way. Just in case you haven’t noticed the abundance of hearts in windows, restaurant offers or supermarket shelves stuffing red coloured cards next to Easter eggs, you’ve about 3 weeks to get something for the one you love.
Sometimes the simplest is the best – a bouquet, or in this case a box of chocolates. Or should I say a box of stunningly good, prettily wrapped chocolates that will make her or him very happy?
Allow me to introduce you to Drop Dead Chocolates. With years of corporate experience behind them, they’ve moved this expertise into boxes of chocolates you and I can buy.
Coming in a vintage inspired box, pin-up firmly atop the logo, they also come with a touch of kitsch – each a heart shape, pretty coloured foils filling the box. All just begging to be unwrapped.
As for the flavours – having been sent a box to try, I can tell you they are beautiful. The chocolate is rich and creamy and I’m thrilled to say that some of the Queen of Hearts selection, their special Valentine’s box, has been picked by my own fair hand.
Whether your love is a Champagne ganache fan, a dark chocolate mint fan or, and I can personally vouch for these, a passion fruit fondant fan, then they will love them. There’s something to suit every taste. They arrive in a secure box and plain packaging, so if you’re planning on keeping that little gift a secret, you can without worrying.
And the price? £24.50 – and don’t worry if you’ve managed to leave it until the last minute – they do next day delivery. Panic over.
I’ve already dropped a large hint with Mr GFB and I’m hoping he’s going to take it. And no, I won’t be sharing.

Not sure? Why?
I love the look of these choccies! Great style! If they taste half as good as they look they’ll be delicious!
Oh they do…. They really, really do….
